Mediator George Cohen has issued a nine-word statement regarding the outcome of Thursday’s mediation session between the NFL and the NFLPA.
“The parties have agreed to a one-day extension.”

4 years since the last CBA, all that both sides could agree on during that time is that they need a one-day extension? Really? Out of 4 years?

Just shut the NFL down. If the players and owners are to greedy to come to an agreement we can live without them the entire year instead of half a year.

Actually, “one-day” is technically one word instead of two, thereby making his statement eight words, not nine.
both sides are still posturing….this does not mean either or both sides are going to cave in or even compromise…we dont have a deal until one is announced ,so now is not the time for garnering false hope…the glass is still half empty !
