Bigguynflfan. you need more than an elite quarterback trust me. Your 2 most valuable players were Cameron Wake and Dan Carpenter. I’m not going to dispute the Rams sucked for a lot years..tha’ts pretty obvious but when we had a chance to actually win a game Mr hardly Incognito decided to be dirty and get 2 penalties in the SAME possession. Like I said earlier I hope he works out for the Phins but dont act shocked the first time be blows up ans commits a dumb penalty

SCHMITTY2. I find it hard to believe a o-lineman can lose a game for an entire team. I think it’s pretty safe to say that the crappy St. Louis Lambs lost many games due to their lack of talent and coaching.

I think this guy got such a bad rap because he played on some of the worst teams in the history of the league.

Goes to show what a a change of scenery can do to someone’s attitude.

Great signing for the PHINS. He did what none of us PHIN Nation expected him to do. Had a quiet year and played consistent.

All we need now is an elite QB.

Phinshead…just wait until the first time he loses his cool. Any Rams fan can tell you how he cost us a game in seattle with 2 stupid personal foul penalties and how he almost cost us a game in Washington (good thing Josh Brown had a strong leg). I really do hope he works out well for Miami but can’t stand the guy

he’s not even average… As a Ram fan,man i was so glad to see this guy go… so inconsistent for us plus he and barron always fought the top spot for the king of penalties.

I’m really hoping they plan to use him at Center from here on out. While he was a mauler at Guard, he was abysmal at getting second level blocks and that was a big reason why our running game struggled last year.

With Nate Garner’s injury, none of the Dolphins Guards were effective at pulling and blocking linebackers. Incognito would be an upgrade at Center, but it would be just more of the same if he stays at Guard.

Incognito did a solid job at guard (ProFootballFocus) had him rated as 17th best interior linemen in the NFL. The only problem is he had trouble pulling on run plays which was one of the many reasons why the Dolphins running game suffered last season. When he moved to center it is where he really shined, the center position is a natural fit for him because of his tenacity, and knack for being effective in small areas.

This is a solid move that helps the Dolphins a little bit more on an offensive line that is average at best right now. They still need help whether it be in the draft or free agency but resigning Incognito was a step in the right direction.
