At the very least he will have trouble refinding his control and will have to rely on his control to get him through the rough spots.

Seriously though, I’ve never heard of Tommy John surgery being required for a player that doesn’t throw….how will this affect him inthe short term? Will he be able to lift on the 30th… will he be able to lift this year at all? Not being able to use your tricep can be a serious impediment to a DLineman.
