"YouTube offered the public a beta test of the site in May 2005, six months before the official launch in November 2005"

you know what Tommy was doing that year? putting up 70+ tackles at Notre Dame, 5 interceptions, 2 for a td, a forced fumble and a sack. Well after his parents drove him around in high school. Yes life existed before the internet was this big and facebook or youtube existed. I know thats hard for you to comprehend, but people had to do things differently to get exposure so he can get a scholarship to a big time school.

The knock on him by recruiters out of high school was that he wasn't fast enough, which was assumed because he was white. He proved that stereotype wrong over and over again. How many white defensive backs get a fair chance? people are ready to cut a guy if they make one mistake, meanwhile others get burnt on the regular basis and have job security. Eric Weddle is one of the top safetys in the league and the Chargers might not even resign him. And Eric isn't even a natural safety, he was a cornerback in college, shut down Calvin Johnson in their bowl game, ran in the 4.4 range, has one of the fastest 10 yard splits in combine history (which means he has fast acceleration to make up ground if he made a mistake), his size and speed scream corner, but he is playing safety instead, yet he still manages to play on a high level.

"He’s behind Ed Reed, who didn’t play the first 6 games this season… yet, still no one even knew this guys name until he started talking about Ocho. I don’t care how fast he is, and if his parents really drove around the country looking for people to race just to prove he was fast, then they are idiots. Just line his ass up and have him run and put it on youtube, it’ll save you the time and gas money of driving everywhere.

So you’re right, Tommy Z isn’t JUST a waterboy scrub. He’s a fast waterboy scrub."

your totally right, 6 games is enough for someone to get national attention......come on get out of here man, and people still no who is he is in Baltimore and REAL fans know of him in his division not to mention Notre Dame fans and evevery team they faced while he was in college. A youtube video? how old are you? 12? or just an idiot? you are aware youtube wasn't always around and only recently popular, right? We are talking about 8+ years ago when his family did this

anyone thinking Tommy Z is just a waterboy scrub doesn’t pay attention to football. He could start and excel for numerous teams, he just happens to be stuck behind Ed Reed who is a future hall of famer. Tommy Z ran a 4.4 coming out of Notre Dame and was supposed to play cornerback but Notre Dame switched him to Safety because it is a more “racially appropriate position”. His family used to drive around the country looking for the fastest sprinters and have Tommy race them to prove that he was fast. He plays in certain packages for Baltimore but he is just behind Ed Reed.

Couldn't understand what PFT was saying in Friday's write-up on Zbirowski, but it sounded as though he wouldn't have his first match until next weekend. If he's had 90 amateur bouts, then no, Ochocinco wouldn't be a viable opponent despite training with Floyd Mayweather. He's lean and in great shape, but I don't think a guy who's never fought could overcome that much experience plus an eight-year age difference.

im talks trash"

because this is the first thing Tommy has said his entire career....Chad has been talking trash and has been a primadona his entire career, it doesn't matter who it is, people would love to see anyone fight Ochocinco, but nice try inserting the race card in there when it doesn't exist

anyone thinking Tommy Z is just a waterboy scrub doesn't pay attention to football. He could start and excel for numerous teams, he just happens to be stuck behind Ed Reed who is a future hall of famer. Tommy Z ran a 4.4 coming out of Notre Dame and was supposed to play cornerback but Notre Dame switched him to Safety because it is a more "racially appropriate position". His family used to drive around the country looking for the fastest sprinters and have Tommy race them to prove that he was fast. He plays in certain packages for Baltimore but he is just behind Ed Reed.

Also, so what if Ochocinco trains boxing, does that mean he can fight? Clay Matthews did MMA, does that mean he could go against Lesnar? Tommy Z has been boxing since he was 12 years old with a great amateur record winning 75 fights and losing only 15. As far as the "great white hope" you realize that all of the belt holders in the heavyweight division are white? and quite a few guys in middleweight divisions and up. Calzaghe retired as one of the few undefeated fighters, ending his career defeating roy jones and Benard Hopkins. Nobody can be the Klitsckho brothers, everyone that is supposed to be the next big thing is destroyed by them. David Haye is afraid to fight either of them.

Uhm didn’t Ocho train with Floyd Mayweather Jr. last offseason. I wouldn’t discount him completely.

I was going to point this out as well. And anybody calling Mayweather garbage needs to keep watching MMA. The guy has the most ridiculous hands in the world

Who cares if he trained with Mayweather. Mayweather hasnt boxed anybody worth a sh*t in 5 years and is too much of a puss to get in the ring with Paq-man..Im pretty sure Z is actually on an undercard of an upcoming PPV fight. Maybe OchoJohnson should buy it too see what he would be in for

Anyone who thinks OchoCinco stands a snowball's chance in hell at beating him needs only to do a simple Google search of Zbikowski.

Zbikowski: 75-15 as an amateur. A KO victory 49 seconds into his first professional fight.
OchoCinco: 0-0 at any level.

Just because a guy trains with boxers in the offseason doesn't make him a boxer.

Will he last the 4 rounds? Maybe. Probably not. Will he win. No. Not in 4 rounds, unless those rounds are fired from a gun.

Chad is an NFL athlete, so is Zbikowski. One has over 90 fights in his boxing career, one has zero. Football conditioning does not translate to fight conditioning, they are not the same.

Anything Ocho thinks he knows about boxing will be gone the instant Zbikowski lands his first jab.

If anyone still has the belief that Ochocinco can or will win this, if it happens, you should consider a career change. I hear the T-Ocho show ego fluffer position is available.

Whoa, fellas! Not an Ochocinco fan, but don't assume Zbikowski can't lose. He's eight years younger, but Chad is two inches taller, about 25 pounds lighter, and has more lean musle mass.

Zbikowski has been training but Friday's article implied he won't have his first match until next weekend. He says he has the stamina to go 5.5 rounds without tiring. But Chad is well-conditioned. And even if he hasn't had boxing or martial arts training, he'll have two months to prepare. The outcome might not be as sure as you think.

Would like to see this match myself :)
