He has a constitutionally protected right not to incrimnate himself and no obligation to incriminate others. His lawyer also knows that if he could exculpate himself quickly and put this behind him, by telling the truth, that would be the smartest thing to do.

Surprised by this not me. Back in ’06 when he shot a guy 3 times while at Miami all be it justified he still didn’t learn then that your a target wherever you go. Good stuff.

I admire his HS coach, he either goes on with his career, and makes a better life for himself……Or ends like Mike Rozier, a heisman trophy winner, who was in his late thirties, and stiill hanging out on the streets of Camden NJ, and of course he got shot…
