Ok Al Davis what you need is consistency. instead of bringing in a new coach every year or every year and changing QBs every year. stick with Hue give him 3 or 4 years. pick a QB or draft a new one and stick with him through wins and losses. be consistent and use the draft to build on what you have. stop changing things every year that’s the only problem the Raiders have. Hue Jackson is a good coach for the Raiders. If Davis sticks with him for a few years the Raiders will get back to what they used to be.

I agree. I also agree Oakland took you to the woodshed in the finale, 31-10, then the Ravens basically repeated it…but you played them tough for 3 quarters. But you are right on the Chiefs..they hated each other…and it continues to this day

Hue shouldnt do this in the initial campaign, he needs to get the character of the team evolved before pulling the “swagger card”

would have to think raiders are ready to compete in the AFC West this year. Chargers, just because of Rivers are probably still the team to beat, but we broke their jinx with two wins last year. So much of it is mental. Raiders are loaded with a lot of young talent, and coming off what could be their best draft of all time last year. AFC EAST, and NFC NORTH next year could be tough, but will make the raiders that much better for their first post season in a long time. 2nd round pick will be the 0-tackle kid from TCU.

The offense of the jets is definitely not solid… I will say there is definitely potential for it to be solid, but that’s 2 years down… the defense is the only solid part of that team… an in case finishing .500 is an insult… there were 16 rams that finished less than that last year… I guess the raiders don’t suck as much as people say they do to finish better than half of the rest of the NFL

Winning Program New Coach – We are going to continue the winning tradition of toughness, of being physical, and playing XXXXXXXXXX’s ball.

Middle of Road New Coach – This program has been doing some good things and we will continue to improve and get this program back to where it has been and should be by playing tough, physical ball, we will be putting a helmet on every helmet.

Loser Team New Coach – We are going to get back to XXXXXXX football. We will be a tough team, a physical team. You will know you are in a game with us. We will get back to the basics and execute.

Really… the broncos… the same broncos that went 6-0 an failed to make playoffs… or the ones that had that awesome season last year? The josh mcdaniels broncos who single handedly took all the talent and disposed of it… it really grinds my gears when people are ignorant… let’s be honest here, yea the raiders have had a horrible decade… but everyone has something bad to say about a team who’s on the verge of competing for playoffs… no ones knocking the lions, the rams, the panther, the browns, teams who haven’t won 3 superbowls and have had a worse decade … people love to hate the raiders and can’t keep them out of their mouths… so keep wasting time and energy on a team u hate… cause that’s smart… duh

I want to know when the raiders became the so-called laughing stock if the nfl? I mean before the seven losing seasons we had in a row from 03-09, there has only been 10 since the raiders were born in 1960. some teams have more if not the same losing amount AND with no rings (like the dischargers, lmao!) so come on now, quit hating. the nfl is better when the raiders win anyways…..
