A) The Dolphins should be trying to trade down in the first and pick up a 2nd rounder.

To me, letting Ronnie Brown just walk away as a free agent, without even TRYING to re-sign him, is ridiculous. Ronnie Brown hasn't carried more than 200 times in a season the last 4 years, he's only 29, and he's proven that when the Dolphins actually make a commitment to giving him the # of carries he needs, he's a Pro Bowler.

We ALREADY need a QB, and we ALREADY need interior OL help. Why open up this other huge hole on offense at RB? Re-sign Ronnie, pick up Darren Sproles in FA and concentrate on other areas (QB, OL, DB, DL, LB) in the draft. Rookie RBs get hurt every year, ESPECIALLY if they are expected to carry the full load. Do we really think that Ingram can just walk in and handle the full 16 game load of RB duty?

Even though offensive an defensive line are bigger needs for the Patriots, I think Ingram would be a great pick for them. The dirty little secret of the Patriots is that they have become soft. Ingram not only brings talent as a back but much needed physicality also. He also would allow Green-Ellis to be a #2 back (where he really belongs) and Woodhead to be a specialty or third down back (where he is best). Ingram, in my opinion, would be a great "portfolio" fit for the Patriots.

i'm a fins fan and i would love to have him on the team but i also believe that the fins have more pressing needs than spending a first round pick on a rb (although seemingly a very good one)and when you take into consideration they dont have a second round pick i believe they should address other positions first and get a back or 2 in f/a.but then again this could just be a smoke screen to help take attention away from another player they really want

New England will work a deal with Detroit to move ahead of Miami.

Detroit can still land Tyron Smith at 17th and will be able to pick up another pick in the process.

Ingram is a weapon and everyone knows it, especially BB. There will be value in the bottom of the 1st to fill NE's "Seymour" void and the team can take a RB early due to their extremely young defense.

Envision the Patriot's offense with Ingram behind Brady.
