Why don't we all wait until we see who Tom Condon chooses as his next client and just jump on his bandwagon like those in the elite media. Talk about having some clout. Matt Stafford, Sam Bradford and now the weakest of them, all Blaine Gabbert.

ESPN and their ilks have underminded and weakened this years batch of QBs so much just to help Blaine's stock that everyone is wanting any other position for their team but a QB. U can tell how pathetically weak this kid is. His two years at Mizzou was barely better than Cam's one year at Auburn and his junior year was a measely 16/9 in 12 games...u do the math..., and he's who those in the elite sports media is rooting for this year to go off the draftboard first.. based on what? A Pro-Day that ESPN wouldn't even televise live on the internet like they did Cam Newton..Damn, that Tom Condon guy must got some serious pull in the sports media.

The only Prince that will be left when the 13th pick comes around is Prince Rogers Nelson; you know the little purple dude that had a few hits back in the day.

Their is no way the Prince you speak of is getting past Dallas or Washington if he is available.

According to SI.com's Tony Pauline, the Cowboys are "not in love" with Nebraska CB Prince Amukamara and "wont use the 9th selection" to draft him.
Per Pauline, "all signs continue to point to an offensive tackle" at the No. 9 overall pick. The Cowboys have shown significant interest in USC OT Tyron Smith, who played right tackle for the Trojans and could book end Doug Free at the same position in Dallas. If the Cowboys opt to trade down, Wisconsin's Gabe Carimi "sits atop their wish list," according to Pauline.

Cards will be going after one Bulger, Palmer or McSooup

The pick WILL be Von Miller or PP7 - bet on it.

I've followed the Cardinals daily for over 14 years now....painfully...but I can tell you this is nothing more than a smoke screen.

jerry is on record as saying he does NOT believe the secondary is an issue and that it was wade phillips handling of the defense that made the secondary look terrible...plus he's been very open about how intriguing peterson is as a play maker (which he is) but hasn't said much of anything on Prince (actually some reports that he liked brandon harris and jimmy smith better anyways) so i'd just be shocked if dallas took Prince.

on washington...they just have a lot of needs much greater than CB...no QB, no RB, no WR, no OL, no DL...not sure they take a CB at #10 with names like Locker, Mallett, Jones, Watt, Jordan, Ingram, Tyron Smith, Quinn all very likely to still be on the board.

I'd be more concerned on houston grabbing him, but if positional value wins out there at #11 a pass rusher like Quinn or a DL prospect (converting to a 3-4 need personnel) likely wins out.

just saying based on other teams area of needs against the talent available at positions that hold a greater positional value draft wise...there is certainly a possibility Prince falls to #13...again I don't think its "highly likely" but still a decent probability

The only problem with your analysis is that every time Beanie touches the ball he fumbles it or falls down at the line of scrimmage trying to make a cut. He's a joke of a RB at this point in his career and is looking more and more like a bust, even after being picked late in the first round.

There is one thing that Whisenhunt cannot live with that causes him to ignore even the highest level of talent and skill: a player who expresses confidence in his skills. Example: Beanie Wells. All it took was for Beanie before he began his rookie season was that he expected to be the missing piece that would help the Cardinals win it all, and ever since he has been on Whisenhunt's bench list, playing behind a runner (Hightower) who averages MAYBE two yards a carry. QB may be a concern, but I sure hope he keeps his mouth shut, whoever he is, when he gets here, and doesn't ruffle the coach's Super-sized ego.
