it doesn’t matter if you give the police consent or not they are gonna search your vehicle anyway… and if there are no cameras or audio from the arrest there’s no way to prove it… it’s your word against theirs… and who do you think the judge will believe??? you guessed it… the police! take it from experience… i was pulled over and never told why they did… asked 15 or 20 times as polite as i could… took about 15 mins to make up a BS excuse that my tailight was out… guess what? IT WAS NEVER OUT! was sober as can be… had 6 cops show up to my vehicle… no probable cause… no smell of alcohol or anything else… asked to step out of the car, asked if they could walk a K-9 around my vehicle… i told them they could if they made it quick cuz i would like to be on my way… then asked if they could search my vehicle… i said not unless you have a good reason, probable cause, or beyond a reasonable doubt that i was doing something illegal… which i wasnt… told me they were gonna search it anyway… told them i’d like to call my lawyer since my rights were being violated and the civil liberties statute states they must let me be on my way if there is nothing to keep me… guess what? they went in anyway… flipped everything in my car upside down and made ME clean it up… found a smidgeon of pot on my floor… and arrested me (and i mean a very small trace amount) who knows if it was even mine? bottom line… the police will do whatever it takes to make a name for themselves or screw someone over… they will do what they want when they want and unless you have multiple witnesses or video footage… your screwed… if they really wanna get into your vehicle, THEY WILL, no amount of lawyers could help me even though they were not in the right… yeah it was my fault for not having my car clean and tidy at the time but i wasn’t in the act of using or anything… without any proof THEY illegally searched and seized… thank you po-po for screwing over someone who once believed in you.. now i don’t trust ANY POLICE, PERIOD! if it’s nighttime and they try and pull me over in a dark area, im gonna keep driving until i find some light… guess what? i’ll be arrested then too for not pulling over right away… any which way you look at it your screwed.. the main purpose for a lighted area was because there are many people posing as police out there and are making victims out of innocent people… as long as im not running… don’t think it should be a problem… but that’s not the way they look at it and they screw innocent people all the time… for any police officers reading this and DON’T take advantage of peoples rights… hats off to you… but to all those who abuse their authority… “FORGET YOUUUUUU!”
