Jake and Cam a supposedly inaccurate and since they can’t really touch Mallett’s arm, they simply accuse him of being too slow..*insert eye-rolling*

Jake inaccuracies was supposedly magnified during the Senior-Bowl and Cam over-threw a couple of long ones during the Combine.

But honestly, I don’t see what the heck they are talking about wth Jake and I’ll take Cam over throwing a couple of long catchable balls than Blaine’s short and can be intercepted or out of bounds throws any day. It shows Cam has an ARM.

As I said before, having a well connect sport agent can cover over a multitude of sins. No one as yet to explain to me how Blaine could be praised for having such an “outstanding” Pro-Day when the couple of clips that his PR folks in the media would dare to allow us to see have him sailing a ball out of bounds, where the receiver had to use one hand to reel it back in, without wind or anyone in his face. The other clip, the camera man didn’t even bother to follow the ball to see where it landed…

With so many team needs, I would think being in charge of drafting for the Vikings this year would be about as easy as it gets… Since they need so many positions, they’ve got a great chance that the best player on the board is someone we need, so why stretch for anyone?

Worst case scenario is that we do bad again and hope for a better QB class next year. It’s not like we’re going to be overwhelmingly competitive this year, what with the Packers and Bears playing at the level they’re at now…

They have had in quarterbacks (of course) defensive ends and have even talked up big time about Jake Locker who I would not have a problem with. But don’t let the fact the Ryan Mallet (who no one has proven he’s really done anything wrong) to be the Vikings choice-he is the most pro ready of the bunch. I’m a big time college football fan and I think in order it’s Mallet or Jake as far as the Vikings first pick is concerned……….that is if Cam doesn’t slide but I think Cam will slide some. Gabbert will be the first quarterback off the board.
