The report read “Red eyes, slurred speech and smelled of alcohol.”

Mike Williams took a Urine test proving he was innocent and all charges were dropped.

Every cop who suspects Driving while intoxicated is taught to include those same words in their report regardless if they are true or not.

Allow due process.

He has a car service. In fact, I saw some cars from the service last time I was in Tampa.

A lot of them were yellow and some had signs stuck to the roof.

And most of them had “TAXI” painted on the doors.

Didn’t read like he needed one. Unless there is a cologne on the market that smells like alcohol, the smell usually gives away what’s inside your system.
