Albert Haynesworth indicted on misdemeanor sexual assault charge

AP

A grand jury in Washington D.C. has indicted Albert Hayesworth on a misdemeanor sexual assault charge stemming from an incident in February involving an employee at the W Hotel in February, NBCWashington.com reports.

Haynesworth is accused of fondling the employee while paying for his bill at the hotel.    If convicted, Haynesworth faces up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.

The Redskins figure to try to deal Haynesworth when player trading starts again, but we have our doubts they’ll be able to do so.

  1. NO WAY…unbelievable, fantastic (also fantastical), implausible, inconceivable, incredulous, unbelievable, uncompelling, unconceivable, unconvincing, unimaginable, unthinkable…

  2. …..and this suprises anyone? The man has serious problems, the Skins will have to cut him to get rid of him. Why doesnt it mention what sex the employee is? hmmmm

  3. It does take some coordination to simultaneously pay your bill with one hand while fondling with the other

    ___

Someone must have told him to rub his stomach and his head at the same time.. He got confused..

  4. Best case scenario is haynesworth winds up in jail & Washington can recoup the bonus money once he starts missing time.

  5. And these are the same guys who want to see the owners books, and want to run the NFL .

  6. I remember this story. From what I remember, the waitress at the bar was bussing Al’s table and Al asked if he could put his credit card in her blouse. She apparently said yes and Al took a handful on his way out of the pocket. If that story is true, the waitress should know better than let a drunk football player put his hand on her blouse. It’s still wrong and he should be punished by the law, league and team but the incident is not as grimey as it sounds.

  7. From the police report. Actually the more I think about this, there’s a chance that Al’s chubby hands accidently grazed her.

I’m trying to imagine how you fondle someone from across a hotel front desk. I hope he does some jail time, but he won’t.

This didn’t happen at the front desk. If you read the story, this happened in the rooftop lounge and the waitress had her hands full carrying the dirty glasses. Haynesworth’s nasty azz paid with a credit card, put the card down the waitress’ blouse, caressed and squeezed her melons.

And you’re right. He won’t spend a lick of time. If it happened to you or me, we’d be in jail for 20 years like that homeless mother who tried to get her kid into a better school.

  9. Fat Albert needs therapy. The Redskins need counseling.
Danny Snyder and Coach what’s-his-name are in for a long season. Or not.

  10. Overpaid, Overweight, soon to be criminal. Yep..at least 20 teams will want to trade for him

  11. Geez buddy, if you wanted the Pittsburgh Steelers to realize you were a perfect fit for their culture of crime you could have done something alittle less severe, like J-Walking.

I don’t know a lot about our court system but I didn’t think a grand jury was needed for a misdemeaner

  13. I wonder if he took a nap (like he did during the Eagles game) while he was twisting the titty?

Memo to Bruce Allen: Trade him now while the lockout is lifted. Take anything, even an 11th round pick!

    No. Haynesworth needs castration.

  15. It’s obvious he won’t see the inside of a jail, and given the few details available I’m not really sure he should. That low fine (‘up to 1,000’) is troubling tho. Of course, he DOES still get his day in court sooo…

    Heh, “dumpster juice”.

  16. To bad he couldn’t move like that on the field. If anything he should do 180 in jail for taking his paycheck. It was just like stealing.
