A grand jury in Washington D.C. has indicted Albert Hayesworth on a misdemeanor sexual assault charge stemming from an incident in February involving an employee at the W Hotel in February, NBCWashington.com reports.

Haynesworth is accused of fondling the employee while paying for his bill at the hotel. If convicted, Haynesworth faces up to 180 days in jail and a fine of up to $1,000.

The Redskins figure to try to deal Haynesworth when player trading starts again, but we have our doubts they’ll be able to do so.
