Might as well. Move on and trade up with Cincy before they get a chance at him (AJ Green) at 4. Mike Brown won’t pay enough for a fourth pick anyway and Cleveland needs him more.

Actully you can trade players thanks to judge Nelson. The only thing that as of now can be traded are future picks. Still don’t think the Cardinals would want McNabb (as a Philly native I can’t see why anyone would) & don’t think Gabbert is worth a 1rst & 2nd round pick

Smith and Amukamara are smokescreens – Smith is a reach at #6 – and Amukamara is not even a consideration for top 10 – after Peterson the next group of Corners are all even (Smith, Amukamara, Williams, Harris, and Dowling)

According the the legally binding court order, the Browns (and every other team) is open for all business.

The American Needle case states that every team ” is a substantial, independently owned, and independently managed business.” So the each team can go sign free agents, have OTA’s or whatever. To allow the league to order them not to is a blatant anti-trust violation (as well as contempt of Judge Nelson’s order)

How’s the opting out of the CBA working out for you these days Roger?

Pretty much, although I don’t see Amakamura as a top 10 talent. They aren’t going to get Peterson, Darius or Miller. That means my bet is they either trade out or take AJ Green, who would be a good pick for them.

Don’t poo your pants if Tyron Smith is the pick. RT is a big need for the Browns. This FO believes in building the OL for the offense to succeed. Tyron Smith is very high on their board. I personally have them moving to 11, also getting Amobi Okoye & #42, taking Julio Jones @ 11. Tyron Smith will be the pick if Dallas goes JJ Watt.
