Having been both born in and (due to my chosen profession) forced to work in Toronto, I have to disagree with CandianVikingFan. Toronto is the #1 cesspit in Canada. Not only does he nail the city’s problems with traffic, crime, high prices and unfriendliness, you can add that the city is filthy and smells like an open sewage pit – especially in the summer. Every week I buy a lottery ticket in the hopes of winning it big and never having to return to this godforsaken dungheap ever again!

Why anyone would want to come here is beyond me. You could spend the same amount of $$ and visit Manhattan if you want to see a truly world class city. Anyone who thinks the two are even remotely comparable has either never left Toronto, possesses a sub-60 IQ and/or is hooked on some very powerful mind-altering drugs.

As far as Toronto wanting the Saints, I could see why they want them, but why would they move? They’re a really good franchise that’ll be competing in play-offs if not the superbowl nearly every year.

Absolutely not so, the Bills have been sought out for years now to be the team that relocates to Canada. The city of Toronto knows that they would have a better chance getting the Patriots or even the Saints before they tried to pry the Bills from its city and proud fans.

Moving or even putting a NHL hockey team in any southern US city and putting 2 teams in Los Angeles!

Having said that, placing a team in Toronto would be a boon for the NFL. It would be “Canada’s team” and the franchise would quickly have one of the largest followings in the NFL. If Toronto and Los Angeles can’t find teams willing and able to move, an two team expansion would be in order.
