How is it the media can’t just call this guy out like they would anyone else??? Any player that pulled the crap this loser has would be crucified by the national media two or three times over, but for some reason they won’t let the hammer fall. I don’t get it. He was a quitter everywhere till he got traded to the disgusting Patriots, then got his just desserts with “18-1″ – then… he quit there, too, so… he got traded. And he quit in Minnesota and eventually Tennessee.
He’s a bum – call him what he is!
“Does he have any more gas in the tank?” What a typical, mindless talking head question. Yes, always has, unfortunately he has NEVER had heart – this is what you get with Randy Moss.

He can probably still run like the wind, and will most likely have a “miracle comeback” with the hated Patriots, should he be so “lucky.” (p.s. Dear New England: I can’t wait for you to suck again, you cheating ch-owards.) The fact is… he has no heart. Never let him forget it. If he’s on the field this year when you Patstards come to town, expect it to rain pig hearts – maybe some will rub off on the Tin Man.

Say what you will about his attitude and work ethic but when Moss was in his prime and in the zone he was unstoppable.

No brainer first ballot HOFer. He is 2nd to only Rice in TDs. Just cause he had a bad attitude and took a few plays off doesnt mean he wasnt one of the best to ever play the game at his position.

Put it this way: Moss’s best is better than anyone elses best. His problem is that he was only at his best maybe 20% of the time. Guys like CC and Rice were at their best 100% of the time.

It was less than 9 months ago when he burned Revis with that amazing one handed catch, and you guys act like he hasn’t done anything in years.

It’s a shame. But, knowing Randy Moss he’ll probably explode next year to the tune of 50 catches for 800 yds and 7 tds.

Remember he pulled a similar disappearing act in Oakland. I think after 3 teams having and ditching him between offseasons will wake him up.

But then again, I also hope that nobody can be THAT foolish to just keep on keeping on.

The operative phrase above is “By La Canfora’s way of thinking… .” I can’t see Moss returning to New England unless he agrees to something substantially less—both in terms of contract length and amount—than what he wanted when he was traded to Minnesota. One would also think he effectively burned his bridges with the Patriots. Then again, one would think Belichick would have taken a pass rusher in the 2011 NFL Draft.

That would be an interesting headline: “Patriots Trade Randy Moss for a 3rd Round Pick, and Randy Moss”

… but unless Moss has had a serious ego adjustment – and maybe he has – Belichick and Brady would both question whether he could handle a limited role and fewer touches and TDs

All the Pats need is a legitimate deep WR threat. If Moss can play that one role (and it seems he may have lost a step) and behave he’s a good fit… but I doubt he is
