During our weekly Tuesday morning visit with Paul Allen of KFAN, the host mentioned the possibility that the Vikings will be announcing later today a deal with folks in Ramsey County to host the team’s new stadium.

Governor Mark Dayton said that owner Zygi Wilf has confirmed that an announcement of some sort is coming today from the team.

And if the decision is made to put the stadium in Ramsey County, someone will have to come up with an estimated maximum of $240 million for road improvements around the new venue.

Either way, we should know a lot more about the situation later today.
