The temperature in hades is still a bit balmy so it won’t be for awhile yet.
Wow Mike…….just wow. I am going to have to start reading between the lines in your posts.
When I read your posts, I swear that you are pro player.
But this segment, while not pro owner, is DEFINITELY NOT pro player. And, what you state about not n-e-g-o-t-i-a-t-i-n-g (counter offer) is precisely why I am not pro player.
Now…..if you could just say…….what even the pro players must be thinking……..that negotiations won’t start de mo is gone…maybe the players will start to wise up.
The players keep saying that they liked the old deal and were happy with it. When will they understand that that does not matter…the owners won’t let the old deal keep going, and unless they want to compete for jobs with the Locos, the Colonials or the Argonauts, they need to make a counter-offer?
I think the final proposal was “We are no longer a union and no longer interested in any form of a CBA, so just implement rules and lets play football.”
