PFT Live features Cris Collinsworth, and a new feature

Today’s edition of ProFootballTalk Live includes not one but two segments from our good friend and NBC colleague Cris Collinsworth, who has some great takes on the lockouts and who has spark some interesting debates regarding non-lockout topics on Twitter and at

We’ll also address at the end of the first segment and in a bonus fourth segment the first installment of a new feature founded in schadenfreude — the worst moments in Steelers history since the last work stoppage.

Heck, we might even open the phone lines to get input from Steelers fans on the issue.  So be ready at 12:45 p.m. ET or thereabouts to call 888-237-5269.

Watch the show live right here at noon.

  1. Oh good, now Cris Collinsworth is the voice of the people, I forgot, he was going to law school and that will give him all the answers. I guess the insiders at ESPN Mort and Adam better be worried.

  2. My first impression, the most important one they say, of Cris Collinsworthless is that he is not only very bias, but beyond opinionated.

What happened to the good ole’ days of John Madden, who is a gentleman and scholar, who offered a direct yet respectful view of all teams, players and the plays as they happened.

Obviously, Mr. Madden’s incumbent, did not reach out to him for any advice on the very basics.

Essentially, he comes off as being just rude and does not provide any vital or constructive feedback.

It is enough to make a die hard football fan, such as myself, rather watch reruns than listen to him.
