Hard Knocks poll wraps up with AFC West

Jason Campbell, Rock Cartwright, AP

With the Lions named last week as PFT Planet’s choice for this year’s edition of Hard Knocks and the Patriots, Browns, and Texans the preference from the AFC East, North, and South, respectively, it’s time to take the polling process to the AFC West.

So cast your vote for the Broncos, Chiefs, Raiders, or Chargers.

We’d include “none of the above,” but we assume that choice would win in a landslide.

    of course raiders…

Hard to decide on this one based on the teams histories..lol… The Raiders have had the most “”hard knocks” over the last few years due to management actions. The Broncos have had the hardest of possible “hard knocks” over the last two years due to coaching’s personnel errors.

For entertainment value, I think the Raiders win hands down because of their ATTITUDE.

I’d like to see the Chargers – it seems we always hear what a jack-hole A. J. Smith is, I say give the man a chance to disprove it.

Either way, I bet it’d be really entertaining…

Anybody but the Raiders. I don’t want the Raiders’ players to be distracted. They gotta focus on the upcoming season.

Please, Please, give Al and his island of unwanted toys a chance to show their asses! They will not disappoint!

    Raiders…
(Would have been better when Cable was coach though!)

Your poll is missing one important option. NONE. You don’t leave anyone that votes an option other than voting for one of the teams you mention. You should have a “none” or something similar, otherwise it’s statistically off.

Why with the new CBA the Raiders top ten pick in the 2012 draft will come with salary slot restrictions for rookies? At least you won’tget fleeced again like JMarcus Codeine Russell.

    iHeart The Raiders…

    11-5 in 2011
    GO RAIDERS!!

Too bad “None of the above” is not one of the choices here.

If they are looking for a contender, that rules out the Raiders. Who wants to see how a team prepares to lose 11+ games for seven consecutive seasons? The Donks are probably ruled out too.

I guess the Raider fans need a new way to see their team now that Americas Most Wanted has been canceled.

The Raiders don’t need any distractions. They will need to stay completely focused to muster 5-11 in ’12.

of course everybody wants the raiders here…
its so funny to watch a team self-proclaim ”champions” on tv and then watch them burn in the playoffs..

    am i wrong??
of course im wrong.. the raiders won’t even make it to the playoffs, they’ll be calcinated by the end of pre-season hahahahaha LOL!!!

No one wants to see the Super Chokers, that’s for sure.

  16. raidermon says: Jun 1, 2011 10:13 AM

I find it interesting with over 5,000 votes the Raiders are blowing away the rest of the division at 53%. No other team in the other five divisions broke the 50% mark.

For the guy that wants a “None” voting option and claims it skews the results… just don’t vote! Do you have so little self-control that you feel you MUST vote on every poll you come across? Sheesh.

Not having a dog in the AFC West race, the Raiders would provide the most entertaining television. Any time Al Davis is in front of the camera it’s like two steam trains hitting each other head on… death, destruction, chaos, flesh being burned away by the steam… and I CAN NOT TURN AWAY…

Yeah, I’d be all over the Raiders on Hard Knocks. Although I doubt the labor mess will be over in time for training camp or pre-season right now.

I could never see Al allowing the media inside the dark fortress on Harbor Bay. However their is no doubt Al would be the best thing ever for HBO. I guess it would come down to Amy to make it happen. Personally I think it would be great, but doubt it would happen. Raiders are like the Yankees, either you hate em, or you love em.

It’s sad that DUM-bolt is so overcome with jealousy against the Silver & Black that he cant even use this blog to support his own team… hate on, haters!! …and get ready to lose 2 more to the Raiders again this year!!

    GO RAIDERS!!!!!!!!

    For me…
Not the Broncos – would make entertaining TV with Elway and all, but their new push toward transparency would be their wouldn’t be anything new.
Not the Chargers – Who are you gonna film? AJ Smith and Rivers? I’ll pass.
Not the Raiders – Raiders fans will watch, no one else will. Let’s face it, they’re the most polarizing team in all of professional sports.
So for me, that leaves the Chiefs – up and coming team, young guys, good coaching and management… I’d watch, and I’m a Broncos fan.
