Not all youth football camps will be canceled due to the lockout

Rosenthal pointed out earlier today that the lockout will result in the cancellation of some youth football camps.

Fortunately, plenty will continue.

For example, Chargers safety Eric Weddle will stage a camp in Salt Lake City on June 13th through June 15th.

We assume that the camp won’t be sponsored by Alka-Seltzer.

We’ll post information about other camps as it becomes available.  You could call it an act of non-court-ordered community service.  Or you could call it “PFT is hard up for content right now.”

We prefer to think of it as, well, both.

They can’t associate with the NFL coaches who run the camps. Because the owners locked them out.

So can Eric Mangini still force Brown rookies to attend his football camp?
