Terrelle Pryor signs with Rosenhaus

Last week, agent Drew Rosenhaus added to his ever-growing stable of receivers by signing Browns rookie Greg Little.

Rosenhaus now has added a player who potentially will become the next receiver Rosenhaus represents.

According to the Associated Press, former Ohio State quarterback Terrelle Pryor has chosen Rosenhaus as his agent.

Some league insiders believe that Pryor will play receiver at the next level, and that his size (six feet, five inches) and potential will get him picked in the fourth-to-sixth-round range in the supplemental draft this year.  If there’s a supplemental draft this year.

Look for Rosenhaus, a relentless marketer and promoter of his clients, to immediately begin touting Terrelle’s potential value as a quarterback, with repeated public comparisons of Pryor to Cam Newton, the first overall pick in the 2011 draft.

If Rosenhaus can get Pryor picked higher than round four by a team that will let him play quarterback, we envision some more video of the agent leaping into his very tall client’s arms.

Why am I not surprised by this?

A comparison of ill-gained booty would probably be similar in value.

I cannot say I blame him for signing with Rosenhaus. That seems to be what other “wide receivers” do lol

    Rosenhaus missed his calling……

He should be representing the businesspeople and politicians that have crashed the American economy in trying to get yet more money from what is left of american taxpayers.

Say what you want about DR, but when he shows up to hug Plax after his release, that’s about as good a PR move as an agent can pull off.

Good move by Prior. Rosenhaus is the best in the biz, although I still think he’d have to work some serious magic to get a team to grab him anywhere higher than the first 5 rounds of the supplemental draft.

this guy’s picture makes him look like a dirty under the table con-artist.

Hate Rosenhaus all you want. The man is good at what he does.

  11. tformation says: Jun 13, 2011 12:43 PM

That’s Rosenhaus? He looks like the Capo in Pan’s Labyrinth.

  12. ravenspit says: Jun 13, 2011 12:45 PM

Scumbag in college, didn’t really “stand out” and/or accomplish much on the field for OSU, now hires a bigger scumbag for an agent-maybe worth a 6 round pick

This is going to be fun watching the Rosenhaus hype machine try to pump up a guy that will be a Wildcat/Third Down type guy at best.

Can’t wait for Drew to make his fake cell phone calls like he did with Willis McGahee.

Any team willing to take Pryor as a QB must not pay much attention to QB talent. So, the Raiders it is!

  15. blitz4848 says: Jun 13, 2011 1:05 PM

Rosenhaus is good but he NOT that good!!!

Good luck to any team that picks him before the 5th round.

    they deserve each other.

Now Terrelle will definitely be a wide receiver!!!!

Most of them sign with Drew and the elite quarterbacks sign with Tom Condon.

Drew’s only quarterback clients are Rex Grossmann and Drew Stanton. Does anyone call that stellar???

  20. habibthomas says: Jun 13, 2011 2:04 PM

Wow, Drew couldnt wait to get his hands on Pryor…. Ha

  21. abengalfan says: Jun 13, 2011 2:07 PM

Drew they say your client might be drafted as a receiver. How do you feeel about that?

    DR: Next question.

Pryor is paying the price for all the crap that Newton got away with. Team Newton took 10 times the dirty money that Terrelle ever did. Not to mention the fact that Newt was a thief, cheat, and fraud.

He’s at the White House with partners in crime like Fairley and Chizek, while Pryor is getting vilified by the public. There is a bad taste in football fans mouthes over those facts. I’d give Pryor the keys to my house and car before I’d let Newton set foot on my property.

  23. semperfi24 says: Jun 13, 2011 2:20 PM

Is Terrelle ever going to come clean about his role in destroying the OSU program?

    DR: “Next question”

Have you had any conversations with teams that are interested in your client?

    DR: “Next question”

Has Terrelle learned anything from his failed college career?

    DR: “Next question”

Will Terrelle be the next Jawalrus?

    DR: “Next question”

  24. mataug says: Jun 13, 2011 2:27 PM

if you want contract problems, sign with Drew Rosenhaus or Scott Boras

So you’re using the “he’s a dirt-bag, but not as big a dirt-bag as Cam Newton” defense?

Snake Oil….if you know what I mean

It must have been Drew’s “Jump-Hug” that sealed the Deal…. while Pryor stealthily stole his wallet.
