Del Rio has done more with less than alot of coaches could have. Look at what Shack Harris did in his time as GM of the Jags and explain how Del Rio led the team to the playoffs twice.

I miss coaches wearing suits on the sideline. I hate the way coaches today dress like rap stars. As if they’re gonna jump into pre-game warmups. You know they’re not.

If the salary floor will be $20M or so higher than last year due to the CBA then yes, Jax will be in spending mode. KC as well, I think they were right at the floor last year.

I thought the NFL 86′d the idea of coaches wearing suits because of their deals with Reebok. I remember both Del Rio and Nolan trying to do this a couple years back, but the league said no. Then later allowing them to wear suits for a couple games.
