APIt’s been a few days since the latest Kenny Britt legal update, so we were due.
Britt is due in a New Jersey courtroom on Thursday to answer the charges he incurred last week when he resisted arrest and was accused of destroying a perfectly good blunt.
Just last week Britt also pleaded guilty for reckless driving in New Jersey. His attorney says he will also turn himself in for arrest warrants in Nashville which were issued by the Tennessee Highway Patrol.
The NFL plans to punish players for their activities during the lockout using the personal conduct policy, but that will have to be agreed to by the players union when a new CBA is worked out.

I imagine there may be some legal issues with any punishment by the league here. For those players behaving badly during the time when:
1. there was no contract, and;
2. the players were NOT represented by a union (they had in fact voted to toss the union),
where does the league find authority to punish for acts occurring in private life?

What a great feeling … to know that your team debated between Kenny Britt and Hakeem Nicks … and took Nicks.
Sweet !!!
Looks like the only one who can stop Britt is the Jersey State Troopers (Rim Shot!)
This dude is a MESS…
this guy spends more time in the court house than he does in the end zone.
The next Kenny Britt story “Britt misses court date, warrant issued for his arrest”.
