Bandwagon jumpers? Are you effing serious? The Patriots have sold out every home game since 1993, a full 8 seasons prior to the "Bandwagon jumping".

Another tool who doesn't do any research.

Another idiot.

First of all, NY has like 10 pro teams, so you have more chances to win a title to begin with.

Second, the Celtics have 17. The Red Sox have 7. The Patriots have 3. That's 27 right there. Add the Bruins 6, and that's 33. So, why don't you do a little research before you start saying the Yankees' 27 is more than all Boston teams combined.

Tool.

@ marvsleezy

They changed their name to New Englad Patriots from the Boston Patriots because the team moved from Boston to Foxboro. Since Foxboro is not part of Greater Boston, they felt that they could no longer call them the Boston Patriots. It had nothing to do with "support".

Once again, another hater who doesn't do any research.

Actuallllllllly, the Celtics have the most championships in the NBA with 17, the Red Sox have 7 World Series titles, the Patriots with 3 superbowls, and the Bruins now have 6 Stanley Cups which adds up to 33. 33>27 so that would be false. Now the Yankees are great team, I'll give you that. But NY cant compare to Boston for titletown. First off you have 2 baseball teams, 2 football teams, 2 hockey teams if you count the islanders and one terrible basketball team about to be two when the nets move to brooklyn.

Now taking into account those 7 teams from NY (rangers, islanders, yankees, mets, jets, giants, knicks) while ignoring all those teams that have moved out of NY etc..NY has 43 championships. Which averages to 6.14 championships per team. Boston has 4 teams, 33 championships = 8.25 championships per team. BOSTON + TITLETOWN...Keep Dreaming Boston will always be the best sports town not even close.

Not too mention all those BC/BU NCAA hockey championships...what does NY have again? NYU? St Johns? do they even play sports?

Congratulations ! Spoken like a Jets fan who is still celebrating the Greatest Win in their franchise's history as pointed out by the NY papers, the Jets Super Bowl(playoff but to Jets fans) win in Foxboro completing the bold predictions by their HC in June.

Since you like history how about the past 42 Years for your favorite team??

Nothing as everyone knows.

Happy 42nd again soon to be 43 years of futility for the crankgreen faithful !!

At this point, it's a compliment.

What city has 7 Championships in the past 10 years?

BOSTON

Screw the last 10 years, how bout we talk history in general. The yankees have 27 world series titles. Thats more than all of your Boston teams put together. I hate the giants but how bout the 3 sb rings they have and how bout one of them being against your Pats. The Mets suck but they have two titles to and even the Rangers have the 94 Stanley Cup. Overall Boston isnt close and never will be. Keep Dreaming NY will always be the best sports town not even close.
New York!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's just sports, guys, don't be so bitter!

Having said that, we'll see you in a few months when the Red Sox hoist another WS trophy!

BTW, to the moron who is still complaining about the Tuck Rule call, I have two things to say to you:

1. If the rule is so bad, why does the league vote to keep it year after year?

2. You're clearly too young to remember the bogus roughing the passer call on Sugar Bear Hamilton in 1976, so let me remind you that PAYBACK IS A BEEOTCH!

Boston is the city of Champions.

The Patriots are the "black sheep" since they are only "the team of the decade in the NFL" having the best record over the past ten years.

Keep all the negative comments coming, because we are all laughing and know what the best sports city is in North America !
