This is neither here not there but the guy basically got popped for smoking pot.

Why are we spending the amount of time and capital that we are as a society on this issue? What’s the point? To give Kenny Britt another arrest on his record?

I’m not defending him for being a chowderhead but getting popped for smoking pot is like getting popped for jaywalking these days.

I’d rather get some tax revenue out of the people who can’t stop recreating with weed as opposed to spending scarce tax revenue prosecuting them.

Some kids just don’t get it. I bet there is thousands of kids that can only dream to have the talent and ability Britt has and would put it to good use for a good cause.
