Please stop making excuses for your game plan by throwing the loss on the shoulders of a rookie CB. McFadden was a 5th rounder. Out of Miami’s 4 receivers playing that day, ONLY 1 was drafted (4th round)….. 2 of them were rookies from our practice squad….. and we literally had no #2 TE.

Henne can dissect man coverage if given time. Dolphin fans cant believe Oakland was foolish & ignorant enough to play us that way, especially with the NFL’s best cover corner injured.

It dumbfounds me that you would let us play to our strengths when the entire NFL knew we lacked the personnel capable of effectively attacking zone coverage (that’s not including Miami’s predictability).

Remeber that the Raiders ARE the NFL – Everyone else is a supporting cast member. You can see how many other fans from other teams just have to read the Raiders blogs. Why, because we are (as you said earlier) the storied Franchise in the NFL – The Raider news here is always the biggest – More peole pay attention to us than there own families – Why, because we are the only team in the NFL that has played in the game that decides who goes to the SB in every decade. Hell, we are the only freakin team in our division that has gone to the SB this freakin Century!

And all of these fan’s from different teams know deep inside that we were knocking on the door last year. Which also is the last year you will ever see the Steelers in the SB

They are done, the Patriots are done. the chokers (pethetic chokers) are done. The jets will never be back to the SB – they were already done. The ravens are freakin on geritol they are so old. They are done…

If we would have made the Playoffs last year (which we missed by one game) We would have dominated. We would have had Pittsburg begging the REFS to end the game. You saw what we did to BEN – You saw what we did to the donkyes, the chiefs and the chokers. Towards the end of the year we were the best team in the NFL by far.

If you read Routs comments, he suggests that the defences stops the run, then there’s the one play that kills us where someone missed their gap. I’m actually ok with that because if that is all you have as an opposing offense, then you have nothing. Just waiting around for us to make a mistake should not be an OC’s game plan. We are one of the youngest teams in the NFL and these kids like to kick ass!. They are learning to drive the Silver and Black Ferrari.

Once they get it down, we win 3 out of the next 5 SB’s… easily. The only thing that would make this statment untrue is if we had mega injuries.

The problem has been offensive scheme and talent. Hue looks to be the scheme guy, and Campbell played well the last half of the season last year. DMC broke out, as did Ford. Bush, Murphy, Miller etc. the offense is finally taking shape. We should be 10-6 next year. More like 9-5 with 2 games missed due to lock out.
