Remember, just because they’re MEETING just two days a week doesn’t meant they’re not WORKING on the other days. This comes down to a lot of jargon and complicated wording, and just saying “how ’bout this…?” isn’t enough. I’m sure on other days they are looking at options and how to present those options.

Have faith. There’s still over a week until the 4th.

Look I understand these guys have lives and families but its crunch time. Say goodbye to the wife and kids for a few weeks and get this thing hammered out.

the Players are used to working two days a week … Sundays and Mondays …

Perhaps when we reach August 1st … the pace will pick up … to three days a week (Thursday Night Football, don’t ya know) …

He may be referring to when Kessler came back into the picture briefly (I think it was on Thursday?). Kessler is like a pigeon, he comes in and craps all over everything and then flies off.

Sounds like the same talking points. “We have the right people in the room, not there yet blah blah blah.”

Mid July is the earliest they’ll get a deal done, and even that might be a bit optimistic.

The fact that they’re still only meeting twice a week just goes to show they’re not feeling as much pressure as they should be.

They need to be in these meetings more than 2 days a week if time is of the essence.
