Unlike you, I do not have the free time, nor the want to play games on this website. That is more your speed.( Hydra in all 6 or 7 forms, Mr. Burgess…etc.)

But you know what? The source of all that animosity of the possible tampering during the messy GB-Favre divorce lay with Childress and Bevell. They are now gone from the Vikes. Yes, I’m still a little annoyed at many of the Vikes fans for thinking it was all justified and can’t understand why Packer fans (as distinct from Favre fans) would be ticked, but not all Vikes fans have felt that way.

Can we Pack fans move on please? Believe me, I hate the Viking nation as much as they hate us, but there comes a point where it starts to look petty when you go out of your way to take potshots at them, at least on a subject (e.g., Underwood) having nothing to do with them directly. Our team just won our 4th Super Bowl. Childress and Bevell are gone. Favre will not be back with the Vikes. The Vikes now finally have a classy coach with Dungy-molded character in Frazier, one who won’t be the tools that some past Vikes Head Coaches arguably have been (the great Bud Grant the one great exception.) The Vikes just might actually build a stadium where at least some games might be played outdoors again, as it should be in our NFC North!!! (Ok, we’ll see if they go with natural grass over artificial turf and if they still keep the retractable roof open for games in Dec./Jan, but still, it will be better than the Monstrosity they’ve had with that YuppieDome for so many years.)

What I’m sayin is, I’d rather hate the Vikings with respect (as we do the Bears), rather than with the legitimate disgust as it has been these past couple years. If any Packer’s fan knocks a class act like Leslie Frazier up to this point, they’re a tool, no different than any Vikes fan that knocks McCarthy or TT.

So let’s move on already…..and again, I hope the my Packer’s cut Underwood after the CBA is worked out, and I’d be shocked if a class act like Leslie Frazier would sign an Underwood. Now were it Childress, that may be another story….lol. But he’s in the past for good. Let it lie.

The difference is that the guy who signed him is also the guy that drafted him in Seattle. He knew him and his character well. Based on knowing him as a person, he decided he was a good person with a drinking problem rather than a d-bag with a drinking problem and wanted to give him a chance to get his life back on track. The Vikings just sign any ex-Packer, because he’s an ex-Packer.
