Your Wednesday labor starting lineup

Bob Batterman, Jeff Pash, DeMaurice Smith, Kevin Mawae, Greg Aiello, AP

We have Wednesday’s labor session starting lineup for everyone out there in a fantasy lockout league.

The owners will have six representatives present.  (It’s usually five.)  Albert Breer of NFL.com reports that Jerry Richardson, Jerry Jones, John Mara, Robert Kraft, Clark Hunt, and Art Rooney will make up the crew.

The players will have Jeff Saturday, Sean Morey, and Domonique Foxworth among the familiar faces.

The last two days have been spent clearing away language on some of the less contentious issues, with “a lot of the details done” according to Breer.  Meetings wrapped up between the lawyers after 7 p.m. ET.  Tuesday.

Now the big names just have to close the deal.  That’s all.

It sounds like they’re all getting weary of the process.
I’m actually starting to believe that they may wrap it up this weekend.

If I had just one penny for everytime I heard this was almost done I could have made up the margin between the players and owners back in March. Get it done NOW!

Hopefully, Jerry Jones won’t be responsible for any temporary seating required for the extra owner.

I’m buying into this really, finally ending by the end of July… And I’ll be winning myself a case of beer from my bother in law which I will enjoy during the first pre-season SAN DIEGO SUPER CHARGER game!!!!!

I’ll probably need to get drunk to tolerate Norvals play calling anyway…

Where is the great Drew Brees? He was the one doing all the talking and bitching about the owners but now he is no where to be found, should he not be at these meetings.
