Im not a Steeler fan….But I like Harrison and agree with everything he said. Harrison plays football the way it was meant to be played. I dont agree with making public the comments about his teammates,,but i dont have a problem with anything else he said. Thing is …Harrison is still mad about the unfounded fines he was assessed last year AND….mad about the lockout as he should be….and so should the fans. The owners want more and more. This is a case where the rich keep getting richer. I think its refreshing to hear. Something tells me that maybe this stuff wouldnt have come out if there wasnt a lockout. If the Steelers dont want him anymore…send him to Oakland. Please.

You just made yourself look like an idiot. If the Steelers were not good, they wouldn’t have made the superbowl without having their QB for the first 4 games. You don’t get lucky and get a first round bye, you don’t get lucky and overcome a huge playoff defecit. You don’t get lucky and win the AFCCG. They weren’t lucky to have been in the bowl….they got there with hard play, just like the wild card Packers.

The Cowboys are overrated because they are expected to be good every year and fail. The Steelers are expected to be good every year and continue to be. The Steelers weren’t even supposed to make the playoffs last year….I believe that makes them underrated..

Harrison is right about some of the things he says but….these Steelers are one of the most OVERRATED teams of all time. Shouldn’t have even been in the Super Bowl. Lucky to have been there. Look for them to start going down toilet soon.

I’m embarrassed to be a Steeler fan at this point. There’s simply no defense for what he said, and the fact he’s claiming “hacking” (seriously guys, there aren’t THAT many hackers out there looking to get over on an NFL player, or you need to stop using “password” or “123456″ as your password) means that what is written IS what he meant.

After his SB performance and the general decline in the allowance for hard hits, it’s time to send him packing before he pulls a “pacman”.

If you have played the game (past the 8th grade) and you played defense you understand what it means to hate everybody on the other side of the ball,and in professional as well as major college sports when you opponent has the stones to step on the field your job is to destroy them completely and if talking smack gets him hype for the game ..then talk ,if you don’t like it don’t listen and he was targeted by the “fine fairies” this year and this is a violent angry sport and if you don’t want to get hit coach or be a cheerleader,I do understand safety but lets remember this is football and if you cant take it… there’s always FIFA

I don’t think so my friend. Bengal LT Andrew Whitworth has owned Harrison these last two years allowing zero sacks in four games; (zero sacks in eight games if you consider Suggs as well).

Whitworth is IMO one of the most underrated players in the NFL.

Harrison was so frustrated by getting blanked by Whit, the best Harrsion could do was bitch-slap WR Jerome Simpson, and was lucky he didn’t get tossed for it.

Whitworth v Harrison is a match-up I’m looking forward to this season.

My money is on the big guy from LSU.

The Pittsburgh Steelers aren’t classy at all, just a bunch of talented players with very small brains. Troy Palomalu needs to get his teamates in church … aka the Tim Tebow Effect. Remember when Jerome Bettis was the leader of this team? Then he left and they continued to win at a very high level, but what a drop off in behavior and attitudes. Jerome was a class act, great player and person, he belongs hall of fame not people like randy moss, LT and all the other criminals…

Maybe James Harrison should know that Rodney Harrison works for NBC SPORTS and Tedy Bruschi works for ESPN. ESPN carries Monday Night Football and NBC has Sunday Night Football (and PFT). But the tenor of this article seems to indicate that it’s only a matter of time before we hear about a domestic dispute, an argument in a bar, or some other “issue” involving an inability to control one’s anger.
