1. Hire a few people to know the rookie wage scale and sign the draft picks.

2. Get your best people to go after the Free agents your team wants.

3. Hire some consultants that are ex-GMs or personnel people and tell them what UDFAs to go after and the price for your free agents you want to try to retain and have them take care of that…

Plan fires off at 12:01 the day FA starts!
