“Edwards denies driving drunk. He’s challenging the basis for stopping him, the reliability of the test and other aspects of the case.”

On PFT today:
Edwards showed up to a Manhattan courtroom to plead guilty to a misdemeanor count of driving while intoxicated. “I feel good; I feel like it came to a fair conclusion,” Edwards said.

Players are going to try and get these issues over w/ before the CBA is agreed on. Hoping that they won’t see any punishment due to not technically being under the rules of a CBA. If he waits and drags it out, he’ll definitely get something from the league.

Agreed, at this point B. Edwards is the fallback plan in the event that S. Holmes signs elsewhere.

But I hate to think if Jets lose both WR’s then its either Plaxico or Randy Moss next to Cotchery, yikes not good.
