Welcome back Mr. Clutch and Melvin B! Both were priorities, but I kind of wish that we would have made more of an effort to sign Weddle. The Chargers got him paaaaaaaid though.

It’s like Adam has become the new Favre or Peyton no matter how much his skills decline no one wants to show him the door, cause he’s a 4 time champion & most likely a first ballot hall of famer. I mean he’s made more than any other kicker ever has in the history of the league. I think he all know he’ll probably retire a Pat anyway and if Mr. Kraft has it his way they’ll retire his number.

Yes yes yes. Mr. Bullitt is a key piece of the secondary and defense overall. This is good news indeed. I thought we were going to lose him to Mr. Greedy Bighead. But while I like Adam Vinatieri, he has lost some range.

As a Colts fan, resigning Melvin Bullitt was big. Him and Bethea are two good, young guys in the secondary.

Adam’s been a great servant to the club but I think it would be better that the Colts moved on. There is always pressure on Peyton to get them into the 47-48 yard FG range because of Adam’s limited leg and I’m pretty sure that changes the Colts’ offensive strategy.
He’s probably thinking at the back of the mind that if we don’t reach his range, that’s three points missed so let’s try to get an extra yard or two on this play.
