Another day, another record

Two days into free agency (sort of), the hamsters continue to spin that wheel at a record pace.  On Tuesday, we unexpectedly set the all-time single day traffic record, barely besting 3.803 million page views from March 5, 2010 with 3.889 million.

On Wednesday, the thing got shattered.

Alas, the record lasted one day, and in hindsight it already looks lame.  The new number to beat is 4.611 million page views, with 669,000 unique visitors.

Thanks once again for making us your one-stop shop for NFL news and information.  We’ll reward your loyalty by continuing to bust our asses every day.

And by continuing to feed the hamsters the finest pharmaceuticals NBC’s money can buy.

  1. Well I certainly did my part. You guys have done a good job keeping us up to date on all the major transactions over the last few days. I’ll keep hitting that F5 key.

  2. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ON REPORTING. SO FAR YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST. YOU ALL ARE ACCURATE, FIRST TO KNOW, AND (AS I CAN TELL), HAVE, NOT ONLY CREDITABLE, BUT MANY RESOURCES. I LOVE IT.

  3. Congrats on that. For what you guys offer, there couldnt be a better run website with football news, rumors and police blotter. Hahaha my favorite part, police blotter

  4. “Thanks once again for making us your one-stop shop for NFL news and information.”

You mean there is someplace else?????

  5. i have been constantly opening & refreshing my app when at work. aside from bashing teams from time to time this is a solid website/app.

  6. Been here for a while and this is always be my go to site. I can firmly say that I don’t even check any other destinations. Keep up the great work and I know the fans (I know you guys are fans, but this is your profession) aren’t the only ones who are glad football is back!

  7. Great job, my phone stays on its kickstand, on this website, constantly updating to get the latest news. We all appreciate the hard work.

  8. Yeah, I’m glad I’m in the fantasy football league w/our IT division, or I might have be questioned about my many visits to this website. Thanks, PFT, great job.

  9. I know we did our part as well. You guys continue to be a great source of information for as, and The Tiger Report appreciates it.

    Keep up the good work.

  10. Wow, with numbers like those you might have to start holding Rosenthal accountable for the countless idiotic mistakes he makes on nearly all of his posts. And with the extra cash that those types of numbers likely brought in, perhaps you can buy Gregg a Spell-Check Deluxe Home Edition.

  11. You have to reduce the number of page views due to Rosenthal’s incessant need to not post his complete entry in one section…i hate having to click another link just to read the last paragraph or two.

But other than that…well done sirs. Love this site and enjoy the banter back and forth under each story.
