Free agent wide receiver Brad Smith is leaving the Jets but staying in the AFC East.

Adam Schefter of ESPN reports that the Bills have reached an agreement with Smith on a four-year, $15 million deal.

The move is a big one for the Bills, who pick up an explosive playmaker on both offense and special teams.

And the move means the Jets will lose a player who was a threat to run or pass as a wildcat quarterback, to catch passes as a receiver or to make plays as a kickoff returner.
