In Pittsburgh, receiver Hines Ward has opened preseason practice on the Physically Unable to Perform list. Guard Chris Kemoeatu and tight end Eugene Bright also are on the PUP list.
The Steelers have announced that six of seven draft picks have agreed to terms (including first-rounder Cameron Heyward), along with the signing of Ike Taylor, Shaun Suisham, and Willie Colon and the release of Flozell Adams, Max Starks, and Antwaan Randle-El.

Those 2-3 times a year whoopings laid on the Ratbirds every year starting to sting huh?
He’s on the PUP list for the thumb injury, which sounds silly, but it would be a big deal for a receiver.
Wish we’d do something interesting … in free agency, I mean. Our current players have provided enough entertainment for this off-season.
