The Tennessee Titans have picked up a tight end.
Jim Wyatt of the Tennessean reports that the Titans and Daniel Graham have agreed to terms on a three-year contract.
The 32-year-old Graham is coming off a season in which he started all 16 games for the Broncos and had 18 catches for 148 yards. Graham played for the Broncos the last four years after five years with the Patriots.
Graham will join tight ends Craig Stevens and Jared Cook on the Titans’ roster.

Stupid move. Stay with Jared Cook. Should have spent the money somewhere else

Cook’s strength is not blocking. Neither was Scaife’s. Stevens is kind of their unsung all-around guy but it sounds like this move gives them more of the mix they had when Crumpler was around.
Chris Johnson should like the move.

I think they brought him in to be more of a blocking TE. Cook will definitely still be the guy, but bringing in a solid veteran will give them more run support, as well as someone to teach the young guys. Besides, you need 3 TEs who can play because they can be used in different situations. Makes sense to me!
As a Titans fan, I’m like these FA pickups they’ve signed.
