The Kansas City Chiefs have taken a linebacker from a division rival.
The Chiefs announced the signing of free agent linebacker Brandon Siler, who has played his entire four-year career with the San Diego Chargers.
Siler played in 12 games for the Chargers last year, starting five. He recorded one sack and one interception last year and was also one of the Chargers’ top special teams tacklers.
The Chargers took Siler out of Florida in the seventh round (240th overall) of the 2007 NFL draft.

way stoked to watch some chargers vs. chiefs games this year
Diamond in the rough.
Good pickup for the Chiefs. Fits the scheme, and fills a need at linebacker.
It is a good pickup by the Chiefs.. I was hoping the Chargers would re-sign him.
As a Philly fan I’m genuinely curious, who has the more talented team the chargers or chiefs. ??? Anyone?
Looks like the Chargers going to be a little weak with ILB this season after losing Kevin Burnett and now Siler.
Will always remember Siler for that great goal line stop against Dallas.
