After enduring the 2010 NFL season with the Panthers, linebacker Hilee Taylor was waived early in camp. The Lions made a claim for his contract, and his contract was awarded to the Lions.
Only problem? Taylor hasn’t shown up in Detroit.
As a result, the Lions have placed Taylor on the reserve/did not report list.
Given that players under contract are subject to daily fines of $30,000, it’s safe to say that Taylor isn’t inclined to ever show up.
A seventh-round pick in 2008, Taylor played in 16 career games for the Panthers.
