T-Jack is NOT the answer. Sorry, Seachickens. He’s not a very mobile QB. Looks like he should be, but he’s average at best and has terrible pocket presence. More than Favre, his inability to stay healthy after minor hits limited and derailed any progress or momentum he had with the Vikings and let me tell you he was GIVEN every chance to succeed cuz Chilly wanted to prove his ego right. Favre was a last resort that worked out for a year. TJack, a young competitor, offered no resistance to having Favre take his spot. Not exactly the mark of a true leader, eh? And as for supporting cast, he had Sydney (also a bit of a china doll), AP, Percy, Shiancoe, etc. and still did nothing but look ok against bad teams and dreadful against anything with a pulse. It’s not bitterness that fuels this comment. You should be excited about your squad…I like your team and coach and city…but trust me TJoke ain’t a NFL QB. No fire in his eyes, terrible footwork, and can’t stay healthy.

Maybe because they had sh!tey coaching and played in a blow up, pretend stadium.

You Raider fans are so delusional. Yo say how it doesn't matter who you lost because you'll sign him, him, and him. But there are two problems with that method of thinking:

1. You're $17 million over the cap now with very little real talent on your roster.
and
2. NO ONE WANTS TO PLAY FOR THE CRYPT KEEPER AND HIS PATHETIC TEAM IN THAT CRAPPY STADIUM IN TRASHY OAKLAND.

Don't worry Raiders fans Al Davis already looks like the crypt keeper I'm sure you wont have to suffer with him long.
I've hated the LA Raiders since my childhood, when I attended the 1983 AFC Champ Game at the Colliseum and Marcus Allen single-handedly stomped the Seahawks. My hatred wasn't satiated by the beatdown we handed the LA Raiders in the following season's playoffs.

Imagine my glee when Al Davis went nuts in the early 90s, perhaps from a zombie bite, and ran Marcus Allen out of town. It was great watching him leave and go to the Chiefs, who promptly knocked the Faders out of contention for good. Ha ha ha! I laughed my arse off for weeks, and harassed every Raiders fan I knew by throwing Al Davis quotes at them, when he was giving Marcus Allen the "Lane Kiffin treatment" in the media. I'd remind them that even Al Davis thought Marcus Allen was "overrated and slow." Oh yeah, that got a rise outta the LA Raiders fans - you know, the guys who didn't dress up like a bunch of Juggalo-wannabes (Google "Juggalo" and tell me that isn't the perfect image of the average makeup-wearing Oakland fan). Zombie Al ran the Faders into the ground before he even left Los Angeles, that lawsuit was just one more example of him diving head-first into full-blown Alzheimer's while his staff stood around helpless. Ha ha ha!! The awesome sight of that greasy, low-life, cheating, skanky, leather-jacket-wearing SOB slowly destroying his own team and his own fans, that was a thing of sheer beauty... for about the first 10 years. It's gotten a little old these last 15, though. A quarter-decade of complete futility and irrelevance makes the hatred dull, let me tell ya.

So please Goodell, please take the team away from Zombie Al and send it back to Los Angeles. The fans in LA were real fans who supported the Raiders. I know, I lived there and went to the Seahawk games at the Colliseum back in 83/84. I was a kid in a Largent jersey and never once did someone harass me, even though they talked plenty of smack. It was impossible to get tickets back then, too, we'd have to pay top dollar. The Raiders only stopped selling tickets in LA when Davis went schizoid and his team went down the toilet. Why would anyone pay to see that? Please NFL!! Please send the Raiders back to LA where they might have a competent owner and GM, so I can once again HATE them. It's been years. I want to hate the Raiders, but I can't. It's like hating your crazy old grandmother. Sure, she puts make-up on her dog and offers you milk that has been expired for 6 months, but that doesn't make her hateful. Gets to a point where it's not even funny anymore. And you start wondering when someone's going to shuffle her off to the "care home". Goodell, you need to shuffle Davis off to the care home and send the Raiders back to LA.

In the meantime, thanks Al Davis for sending us Cable, Gallery and Miller. The Seahawks are on the rise and those guys are going to help us. Just Win, Baby!!

Great pickup for the Seahawks. T-Jack will be targeting him often as a safety valve when he sees his primary receiver isn’t wide open.

————————

clearly you seahawk fans have never seen Tarvaris Jackson, because anyone who’s seen him will know that TJack can’t read past his primary WR.
____________

I'm a Viking fan and I was pointing out that T-Jack can't read past his primary receiver and won't throw it to him unless he's wide open. He'll look for the tight end standing 3 yards downfield. Apparently my T-Jack rip wasn't obvious enough, judging by the 124-23 thumps up to thumbs down ratio.

Seattle is lacking in so many positions it's not even funny, qb being the biggest and most important. I hope they have some inside info that they are gonna get Carson Palmer tomorrow, because I'm not seeing it. I don't mean any disrespect to Hawks fans that actually know what they are talking about, just the ones that love to hate the Raiders. We all know that if Oakland signed Miller today to that contract you would be saying how crazy Al overpaid again. Thats just the truth

Pal, the big picture is that until the Crypt Keeper dies or some kind judge declares him mentally incompetent, the Silver and Black are in big trouble.

Much like my Cowgirls, the once proud Raiders are led by a person who who simply has no business making football decisions.

Have you noticed how Jerruh is looking more and more like Al - very scary indeed...

well on the bright side at least zach was moe.....he was better then a #2 pick larry, who had to move inside because he was a bust at tackle, and curly "who was a victim of circumstance" because he couldn't coach , but had one hell of an overhand right. Maybe the stooges can now audition for the wizard of oz, Cable can play the scarecrow since he did not have the wits to coach, miller can play the tin man since he showed no love to the nation, and gallery can play the lion, because in all reality he was suppose to be one of the best offensive lineman ever, only to be a bust.

Maybe if the stooges get it together they can help the hawks find the emerald superbowl city....but I grew tire of watching cable, and gallery....miller i will miss, but he does have a busted coconut upstairs, and once that thing gets cracked, it tends to crack more easily each time...twice last year...i expect at least three this year with the first one being on sept 2nd

It is just so frickin' hilarious to hear all you little babies whine about your respective teams.

Number one - Seattle fans need to shut the F up...you haven't won anything - EVER!

Number two - Raider fans need to shut the F up...stop living in the past and deal with the simple fact that this team reached a level of ineptitude that quite possibly will never be matched again with 7 straight seasons of 11 or more losses...unbelievable.

Let's leave it on the field people...and since they don't play each other this year (except for preseason), then the only way they will face one another is in the SuperBowl.

So I guess what I am saying is you all need to just shut the F up and see how the season plays out...that is all.

Just like the “other” Bay Area team, all you guys can do is talk about the accolades of teams that are decades old while your current team sinks into oblivion.

The mediocre Raiders would have won your division just last season, you ignorant tool.

The Seahawks have been dominant

yep being the first losing team in the history of the nfl to make the playoffs is dominant

Lets face it the nfc west has been by far the absolute worse division in football for the past couple of decades and you only won the afc west twice in your 25+ years, and you have an overall losing record....

gotta love your dominance...please keep it going, one of these decades you might have to by a trophy case.......that is if the nfl stll allows losing teams in the playoffs.
