The government and legal system already bend over backwards to allow and preserve the kind of absurd monopoly the NFL has. As for the 3rd best team in the division, I guess we can throw that oon the pile of preseason predictions that mean nothing when the games start, I mean what was the talk last year?

A 10-6 record later and that gets “forgotten” and it’s still spending cash that matters rather than having a plan.

The Colts and Packers are in the bottom half of the league in terms of cap room used, they better get spending to if they ever want any success, nothing but 4-12 records for them unless they spend every dime they can overpaying FAs and getting in cap hell if they ever want to be like perennial winners Detroit, Dallas, Oakland.

The Bucs are a young team and most players are on their first contracts so they will be cheap, I guess we should just go all “Madden” during the offseason and spend money for the sake of spending it, bring in overpaid chumps who because of their salary get starting gigs and thus stunt the growth of the young guy while having the added bonus of wrecking the cap situation going forward, hopefully those old guy take up enough room that we can’t dump a franchise QB contract infront of Freeman.
