Please stop the hating…. Rick is my cousin and we grew up in the same town, We played high school football together also… Just so you know he is one of the Greatest PURE athletes to ever play the game… The guy ran a 4.3 40 in high school at 220 lbs and could jump out of the gym all of this without weights, conditioning drills, chutes, etc. Saying he is not an NFL talent is absurd and you are all retarded and probably just a bunch of fat fantasy league, potato chip eating, beer guzzling F@&s that have no life and no women and have nothing better to do than live your life through these athletes…. Being on t.v. dosen’t make you less human… Show the man some respect He has other obligations besides football, like kids a mother and a father and also a love interest. by the way HAIL TO THE REDSKINS!!!!!!!!

He wasnt gonna make the team anyway. He was way undersized even for the Eagles. All last year during training camp he was on the ground. They would do d-line vs o-line 1 on 1 drills where the d lineman has to get pass the o lineman and get to a towel where the qb should be. He would engage take 2 steps and be ran into the ground EVERY time.

He didnt have the weight, levarage, strength, and most importantly balance to hold up himself and a 300 pound man going full bore .

He was a nice guy and a great college athlete just not an NFL caliber player.

Pretty obvious how long some of you guys have been watching.

P.S. You don’t rack up 500 tackles, force 10 fumbles, rack up 367 KO/punt returns and be “afraid of contact”. Let me know when Asante Samuel approaches Deion’s numbers in any of those categories (he’s currently at 300 tackles, 5 forced fumbles and 100 KO/punt returns after 8 seasons).

Does anyone know when the ESPN Special “The Eagles Have Landed” will run?

My understanding is the same producer that did Lebron’s classy farewell in Cleveland has been chosen! Destiny is delicious, and wearing a “bullseye” on your backs for 16 regular season games will be more enjoyable than words can describe.

It worked so well for Lebron, despite DWade’s incredible talents.

Uh dude, while you’re congratulating yourself on that whole Eagle defense thing, realize that Dallas finished ahead of Philly in total defense 6 of the last 10 years.
Between injuries, weaknesses, and guys that just flat out quit, Philly has substantial questions in their defensive front seven.
Once again, it doesn’t matter who’s in your secondary if the opponent doesn’t have to throw. BTW, are ya’ll still starting Winston “The Turnstile” Justice?

Congrats on all the FA signings. On the other hand, it’s a testimony to the Eagles’ catastrophically bad execution of draft/develop. Nineteen out of the 22 starters in Super Bowl XLV for the Packers were drafted by Green Bay.

Uhhhh, you have to HAVE an empire to see it fall. The Eagles haven’t had anything close. This is too bad for Sapp. The Eagles could care less – the dozens of player they signed should be able to easily rise above the loss, I mean being a “dream team” and all.
