i am pretty sure you never covered the context for the peterson remarks in the first place, so natch, its easy for you to pretend that the only context he could ever possibly be referring to is the remarks themselves.

conscious or not, this is an obfuscation. why not drill down into what peterson may have referred, hint:rhoden, book in his original comments.

For once I actually agree with bobnelsonjr (if that is indeed your real name, Col. Batguano), re the Combine, but for the slave reference. Of course it isn’t slavery, but the biggest, strongest, fastest, quickest, toughest, smartest of the herd are given the best ratings and will go the highest bidders, to be consumed for wildly-paid entertainment. The Kobe Beef of the human race. And when their usefulness is over, they are literally put out to pasture; some go to stud, and their offspring end up back in the next generation’s Combine. “Bloodlines” are spoken of with respect and admiration. The machine is fed. And we all pay, even me. The spectacle is too good to ignore. It’s too deep in our habits catalog to quit.
