I wouldn’t be surprised one bit if it came out that his wife wanted to live in NY now. That was the reason he picked Balt. over NE back in 06, his wife wanted to live in Balt. Of course that could be code for “the Pats weren’t willing to pay me what Balt was” but it’s still funny.

I am not sure if it’s the cap that’s the reason behind the Jets getting older @ WR or what but it will be interesting to see what Cotchery and Edwards do on their new teams vs. what Mason and Burress do for the NYJ. Not sure I would want my young QB having to adjust to two new WRs, (one of which hasn’t caught a pass in live action in almost 3 years) in a shortened offseason.

One thing I AM glad of is that the Pats don’t have the all-shrimpboat corps of CBs they did the last time they played Plax. They’ve upgraded a TON over that crew.

The Joke Jest have won NO Super Bowls since the NFL was created. Have won the division 2 times have not appeared in ANY Super Bowls and have finished above .500 only 13 times since 1970 merger. That’s 28 losing seasons out of 41.They have one of the worst winning % ever with a record of 292-360 for a measly .448 winning %. You were the doormat for the NFL in the 70′s, 80′s, 90′s and 2000′s.
