As the free-agency period moves deeper and deeper into the bargain market, a guy who not long ago was a starting tackle for the Seattle Seahawks has finally found a new job.

Ray Willis, who started 16 games in 2009 and 10 in 2008, has joined the Dolphins. The move was announced this morning.

A fourth-round draft pick in 2005, Willis missed all of the 2010 season after undergoing knee surgery in August.
