hey sanchez haters and jets haters put it this way... in the season of 2009 2444 yards.. and 20 inters <--- yea he sucked... but he was a first year rookie

season of 2010 3300 yards with 13 inters major improvement with around 800 yards and 7 less interceptions.. The point is sanchez is obviously an improving quaterback and will have a good season this year.. As far as the wild cats rex knows his game and knows his team like no other coach does to theirs.. shockingly to most i believe the jets will have an amazing offense if their recievers step up to the game.. Edwards was a bad loss for the jets for sure.. brad smith made his own stupid decision.. he was good for the wild cats and special teams plays... but i'm sure the jets will progress without him..

It is so sad that all of these jets haters have no creative ability. Every single one of you go to the feet jokes, meanwhile your just pissed off cause you don’t have a coach that will stick his head out for his players and is a loud mouth, you all have boring coaches that are so unsure of their team that they can’t go out and be in the spotlight. You can’t go to the well too many times before it runs dry, try to come up with something more creative than feet jokes and food jokes. Let’s see some 4th grade creativity skills put to work.

--------------------------------------------------
I wish I had a coach that speaks loudly and carries a small stick.

Oh wait....that's not the saying!

As I’ve said before, a group of agenda-driven haters has attempted to re-write the quarterbacking rules in an effort to hold Mark Sanchez to a ridiculous, completely unrealistic standard.

For the better part of the last 40 years, it’s been the common understanding that quarterbacks often take 3-5 years or more to develop. Drew Brees was considered a bust until his fourth year. Eli Manning didn’t have his first good season until his fifth year. Steve McNair had one 3,000-yard passing season through his first six years in the league. By the time that Terry Bradshaw was 26, he had thrown 48 TDs and 81 INTs. Through his first 10 seasons, the ballyhooed John Elways had thrown 158 TDs to 157 INTs.

So give it a rest. He’s 24 years old.

"I can’t wait until week # 5 when Haynesworth eats Taco Sanchez. Thats when Albert will get himself a GD snack!"

Fat Albert hasn't done crapola in 2 years (other then add to his rap sheet), he's overweight, 30 years old, a head case and can't even make it through a full week of practice without having to rest his fat ass for a few days. Unless Sanchez has a golden donut hanging out of his ass the only thing he's going to be snacking on is Kraft's wallet. But by all means continue to be real excited!

By the comments of the 28-21 faithful, looks like they think they drafted AJ Green. Kerley looks great in camp, what in his shorts and shirt?

Reminds me of LY when the talk was of the great RB they drafted in the 4th round who can't keep his lunch down or break a tackle.

Not to forget about the revamped DL (thanks ny82jy for educating us)who have a combined 5 NFL tackles between the group.

K Wilson, DuCasse, still can't crack the starting lineup? I know because Wayne Hunter is the next John Hannah.

Week # 5 Newark faithful, Happy 43rd and congratulations again on winning the divisional round game in Foxboro the greatest victory in the history of your franchise !

maybe the pats should consider implementing the wildcat to give opposing defenses one extra thing to prepare for. good defenses can usually defeat one dimensional offenses. the pats have no running game and no deep threat receiver that needs to be respected, which is why the ravens and jets absolutely dominated your uggboot wearing qb and his offense in the playoffs.

The Jets biggest strength is running the ball straight at people. They're invested in 2 high profile wideouts. Why am I still listening to Jets wildcat talk post-Brad Smith?

Furthermore, why would you want to compare your young athletes to a guy who statistically didn't do anything in 5 years?

What kind of planning goes from Brad Smith to those other three.

I don't see how this is even a question. The second they drafted Jeremy Kerley it was clear that Smith wasn't coming back. Go watch some TCU game tape. Kerley can throw, run, and catch plus return kicks and punts. He even already has experience in the wildcat (the wildfrog more specific). Apparently he's been impressing a lot of people in camp too.
