Although the influence of Pats coach Bill Belichick has diluted the flair of one of the most colorful players in the league, receiver Chad Ochocinco continues to find new and creative ways to entertain.
His latest stunt entails a plan to bunk with a Patriots fan.
“I’m going to do something different, I’m actually going to stay with a fan for the first two, three weeks of the season,” Ochocinco told reporters on Tuesday, via ESPN.com. “That should be fun, until I get myself acclimated and learn my way around.”
The criteria hasn’t been identified, but the mandatory requirements are simple. “I’m not sure how it’s going to work, but they have to have Internet and have to have Xbox,” Ochocinco said. “That’s about it.”
Reminded that some fans are “crazy,” Ochocinco said, “I rode a bull.”
Maybe he should also rent Misery.
