LenDale White is done in Denver.

White, the former USC star who grew up in Denver, has been released by the Broncos.

White signed with the Broncos last year and never played in a regular-season game after tearing his Achilles tendon in the preseason. He showed up healthy and a relatively fit 230 pounds this year, but he carried just four times for 10 yards in the Broncos’ preseason opener.

A second-round pick of the Titans in 2006, White’s best season came in 2007, when he carried 303 times for 1,110 yards and seven touchdowns.
