It’s been a night of rough hits in Denver.

A quarter after Bills receiver Donald Jones was knocked out, Bills running back Johnny White was carted off the field on a stretcher. We weren’t able to see a replay of the hit that knocked Jones out, so won’t speculate about the injury.

The Broncos television broadcast reported that White did have movement in his extremities, but that didn’t officially come from the team. We’ll update the situation when we know more.

UPDATE: Mario Haggan, who delivered the hit against White, wound up leaving the game later in the quarter with an unrelated shoulder injury.

UPDATE II: White was taken to a local hospital. No other information is available.

UPDATE III: White is out of the hospital and will fly home with the Bills. Great news.
